It's pretty tragic when the highlight of my week is new carpet, but it is. Wasn't quite prepared for it to take the whole day but it did. Worth it though!

Some of my close up camera work of the new carpet - 100% wool "intertwine"sisal in antique beige from Godfrey Hirst's Hycraft range. It might just be me, but these last two photos remind me of my little furry friend.... (she goes into total camouflage mode, you couldn't see her for the carpet when Pip and her came around to my house last night!)

I love the colour, it is exactly what I would choose if I was in the market for new carpet (don't mind the piece underneath this post either - attachment A that is!!!)

WOW!!! Yeah for you. Living with stained carpet is the absolute, absolute WORST.
Ooh... I likey! Will be over with some pasta, red wine, and other staining type things just to test it out - very nice my dear xx
